James is an excellent instructor; he not only provided clear and concise instructions, he also remained calm and reassured me whenever I felt I had made mistakes. He kept up to date with my lessons and provided clear communication, when I was sitting my test and felt anxious he assured me it was a new day and all would be well. When I passed he checked in and congratulated me on passing, great instructor, lovely guy, would recommend to anyone and everyone. 🙂
